    Order Cancellation
    Changed your mind? No problem! We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is canceled before shipping, you'll receive a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we can't cancel the order—but don't worry, returns are still easy!

    Returns

    • Why Return?
      Whether it's not your style, doesn't fit right, or you simply changed your mind—we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • How to Return:
      Ensure your items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Follow the return instructions provided in your email to send the item back to us.

    • Refund Processing:
      Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    • Cost Information:

      • Return Shipping: A $10 return shipping fee applies unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

      • Refund Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

    Exchanges

    • Why Exchange?
      If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • How to Exchange:
      Just like returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Follow the instructions provided in your email to return the item to the specified address.

    • Cost Information:

      • Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item). We'll send your new item as soon as we receive and inspect the original.

    Important Notes:

    • All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to our error.

    • Only one exchange per item is allowed. You may choose either one exchange or a full refund.

    • Please review our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure your item qualifies before sending it back.

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days for assistance with a return or exchange.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

    3. Contact your bank; there may be a processing time before the refund is posted.
